Throughout our shoot it thundered, then poured rain, after which the sun finally came out, and as we were wrapping up we heard a loud roaring and looked around to see an avalanche rushing down one of the mountains in the distance.
Bennet {Family}
Their reason for having family photos done is an incredibly important one. They need photos of their family to use as they embark on the process of adopting a little one, and since I think they are such a fantastic family, I put my heart and soul into this shoot especially. I want their process to be a success.

Easter Eggs {Lifestyle}
I had some fun with my family on the weekend dying Easter eggs with homemade, natural dyes. Check out Simple as That for our feature there as well as the full tutorial to make your own!
Brian & Christine {Engaged}
We started talking about engagement photos and I suggested we take a hike in the mountains for the shoot and take pictures along the way. They were really excited about this, since they spend so much time hiking in the rockies, and I was excited that we would create real memories for them to look back on, that would reflect so well who they are as a couple.

Ethan & Amanda {Winter Wedding}
Have I ever mentioned how very much I love small weddings? This incredibly beautiful wedding was sweet and simple, no bridal party, no huge reception, just Ethan & Amanda's closest friends and family. After snapping a few family photos, we were able to spend the rest of our time together, just the two of them in front of my camera, and me behind it, capturing their sweet and quiet moments
